How does this work?
We offer a convenient meal prep service, just for you. You can either choose your meal plan ingredients, or contact us for a consultation so that we can adjust your plan according to your goals and needs. To place an order, head to the navigation menu at the top of your screen and tap 'Place Order'.
Do you have options for those with allergies or dietary restrictions?
While we take your health seriously and use safe measures to ensure proper preparation and handling of ingredients, we cannot guarantee that ingredients won't come in close contact on our premises. We do however offer low-card, keto, plant-based (vegetarian and vegan), and gluten-free options. Please specify your needs when submitting your order so that we can accommodate.
When do I need to place an order by?
To allow for acquiring ingredients and preparation in a timely manner, your order request must be submitted by each Friday of the week, by 8pm. Your order will be prepared to be available for pickup or delivery on Monday, or Tuesday. If you have any questions regarding acquiring your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can communicate about accommodation. Texts are welcome. Ph: (804) 221-7346
Do you offer delivery?
We do currently offer delivery for free. We do anticipate small fees to incur in the near future within certain radiuses to fairly compensate for our time and transportation due to the rising costs of fuel.
Can Lean Chef meals be frozen?
While we cannot guarantee the quality of certain ingredients (such as water vegetables, etc.) you are welcome to freeze meals to preserve them longer, to enjoy at your convenience. Please refer to the reheating instructions provided with your order.
Will I lose weight by eating the prepped meals?
While results truly vary, we believe that with the right balance of ingredients, you are feeding your body well to make a change.

Our ingredients are carefully selected and responsibly sourced based on seasonal availability. We believe that the quality of your food effects the quality of your life.
